Sarah Lowe
Merrill Legal Solutions' Business Development Director - Media
Sarah is the former Managing Director of
Intelfax Media Access and has over 16 years’ experience in the business of
teletext and subtitling. Sarah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of
service provision, ensuring the best match to clients’ needs. Whilst
at Intelfax, managing Channel 4’s subtitling contract, Sarah was
responsible for a number of innovations including the introduction of voice
recognition subtitling, for the first time on UK television, for use on
cricket and other sporting programmes. |

Merill Legal Solutions'
Managing Director
Sarah has been with Merrill Legal Solutions for 6
years and has been responsible for bringing numerous new products and
services to market for the organisation, including the web-based legal
publishing service Casetrack and the company’s digital audio
transcription service Talkwriteback. Sarah now heads up Merrill Legal Solutions'
UK
and International divisions and is responsible for all its voice to text
services in the legal, public and media sectors. Prior to joining Merrill Legal Solutions,
Sarah was a board director for the Sweet & Maxwell Group, part of the
Thomson Corporation. |

Chris Higgs
itfc’s Managing Director
Chris has been with itfc since 1991 and has seen itfc grow to employ 170 staff providing video post-production services and media access services to many
UK
and
European broadcasters, film and media companies. Chris works closely with both
the RNID and RNIB to ensure that access services are provided to
meet the demand of their members. |

Malcolm Beech-Allen
Operations and Finance Manager, CSI Pty Ltd (Australia)
As itfc's Finance Director for more than 11 years, Malcolm was instrumental in ensuring that the support services and financial structures of itfc grew and matured in line with the growth of the video post production and media access services. Following his relocation to Sydney in 2007, Malcolm has taken over the role of Operations and Finance Manager for CSI's Australian operation. |
