International
Captioning and Subtitling International – also known as CSI – is a global captioning company servicing international broadcasters and organisations with subtitling and captioning requirements.
We have a number of long-term, substantial contractual arrangements in place with broadcasters in the United Kingdom and also Australia. We manage a number of national and regional office hubs in these locations to reflect the volume and scale of business in these areas and produce both live and pre-recorded captioning.
Formed in 2003 by ITFC and Merrill Legal Solutions (formerly known as WordWave International), CSI was launched to bring quality captioning and subtitling to the market at prices that reflect the changes and requirements of the market.
Using the vast resources and knowledge of both organisations, we have been able to leverage new working practices and introduce technological enhancements. As a result of our exciting joint venture, we have been able to operate as a truly global company, using overseas resources to produce captions in any jurisdiction, maximising time differences, making the best use of resource availability and optimising cost efficiencies in other territories.
